Refund policy

You have the right to return a purchased product within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. This period allows you to examine the product and ensure it meets your expectations.

Due to the nature of our products, fragrance oils and Parfums, we can only accept returns if the product is in the exact same form and condition as it was when you received it. This includes the packaging.

If you have consumed or used any portion of the fragrance product, it becomes ineligible for return. We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
